Kind words
Loved by homes across Bangalore.
Sofa Smith did an incredible job! The doorstep pickup and delivery were right on time, making the entire process completely hassle-free. My sofa looks great, feels good as new, and is super comfortable and fluffy again. Highly recommend!
I recently got the cover changed on my recliner and I’m extremely satisfied with the work. The quality of the new cover is excellent, and the finishing looks neat and professional.
It has been a very nice experience working with Yasir and his team. They fixed my recliner with a very detailed, nice finish, at the exact cost discussed in the beginning. Even the original Royal Oak people were not ready to do this work. He did the same work for my brother a year ago and the recliners still look good.
I got my old DMRO sofa refurbished through Sofa Smith. Proprietor Yasir Bhai is an expert at his trade and a very honest man. They delivered exactly in the promised days, with the quality we asked for -matching the material and feel of the fabric. You can trust them.
I had a good experience with them. They did a perfect job -very good service providers for sofas.
Good workmanship with excellent finishing, and delivered on time.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Didn’t find your answer? Ask the workshop directly -send a photo on WhatsApp or give us a call.
Do you make new sofas to order?
Yes. Sofa Smith is a sofa manufacturer, not a reseller. We design and build new sofas, sectionals, recliners, wooden sofas and headboards to your size, fabric and finish in our own workshop in RK Hegde Nagar, Bangalore.
Do you repair old and branded sofas?
Yes. We repair and reupholster sofas and recliners of any make, including branded ones -customers often come to us after the original brand has said a piece cannot be fixed. We reinforce the frame, replace tired foam and re-cover it in new fabric or leatherette.
Can you match my sofa’s original fabric?
Yes. We can re-cover your sofa in a new fabric or leatherette of your choice, or closely match the look and feel of the original so it looks exactly as it did.
Do you repair recliner mechanisms?
Yes -manual and electric recliners, single seats, recliner sofas and home-theatre seating. We fix stuck or noisy mechanisms, replace flattened foam and re-cover peeling leatherette.
Do you pick up the sofa for repair?
Yes. For repairs and reupholstery we can collect the sofa from your home and deliver it back once it is finished -customers mention our doorstep pickup and on-time delivery in their Google reviews.
Do you take on commercial projects?
Yes. Alongside homes, we make and upholster seating for restaurants, cafés, hotels, offices and showrooms: booth seating, bar stools, dining and lounge chairs, and benches built around the space. Send us the floor plan or photos of the space and we will quote for the whole order.
How do I get a quote?
Send a few photos and the rough size of your sofa on WhatsApp to +91 88844 44873, give us a call, or visit the workshop. We agree the design, fabric and work with you, then give you one clear price and a delivery date.
Will the price change once the work starts?
No. The price we quote is the price you pay -it is one of the things our customers mention most in their reviews.
Where is your workshop, and which areas do you serve?
Our workshop is at 2nd Cross Rd, Balaji Krupa Layout, RK Hegde Nagar, Bangalore 560064 -close to Thanisandra and Kothanur in North Bangalore. We make and repair sofas for homes across Bangalore.
